Then you can easily bring your tent throw it up in the tent spots and then when you are done, you just have a little tent to take down and with the gas prices in California you will not be driving around a large motorhome that you will have to pay gasoline cost for or even worse having to find a campground that accepts the motorhome and find out after you arrive it is full. 5.  Castle Rock State Park

Castle Rock State Park is one that you are going to enjoy because of the beauty that it has, but also for the amazing look of the park as well. I have to say this is a park that has really managed to get the great views you would want to have. However, what else is great about this park is the smaller campground that has only 20 sites available on the trail campground. The campgrounds do have the fire rings, picnic tables, and restrooms as well. This makes it easier for you to have a great camping site and it will make it simple for you to have a great vacation as well because the crowds you would experience at some of the other campgrounds that have some amazing views of the area like you have never seen before.
