• The pack does have several different pack that you unzip and expand out. This is going to make it easier for you to get the extra storage space you need to have. However, you need to realize these pockets are not going to be overly large and this can make it more difficult for you to get the stuff you may need to bring with you stored properly.
• The bladder that you are going to have available for the CamelBak Octane pack here is going to be coming in at the three-liter mark. This is going to be one of the largest packs that you can buy and that means you will have plenty of water.

While you may not think that you are going to like this feature, I personally love it. It allows me to get more water to drink each time I put the hose up to my mouth to get a drink. So it easily quinches my thirst faster than what I thought it would and this really makes it easier for me to get the drink that I need when I am hiking, instead of as some would say grasping at straws.

The Pack Carries Quite A Bit Of Water

We have read quite a bit of reviews on this product and looked at it ourselves and have found this is able to hold quite a bit of water. This means the system will provide you with quite a bit of water to drink and you will not have to be concerned about the water running out on you. While I do not know the exact amount because I did not really measure it out I have seen reports of close to 3 liters of water.

Has A Ventilated Waist Belt To Make It Easier For Staying Cool

The ventilated waist belt is going to be a nice feature for you to enjoy. This is going to allow you to have the waist straps done and know that you will not have to worry about the backpack making it to warm for you to carry around or not being able to get the weight transferred to your hips or being kept on your back.

What I Did Not Care For With The Pack

The Extra Cargo Pockets In The Pack Are Rather Small

When you are looking at this backpack you will notice that it does have some pockets in it that are a cargo pocket. However, what you will find is this is going to be a little bit on the smaller side. That is because you will have a larger water bladder in the hydration pack that is going to take up most of the room that is present in the backpack.

I have to say that when you are looking for a hydration pack you will find that it is going to be very difficult to find the best one on the market. When we first started out with this one, we started to find that it was a good pack, but it was also a pack that had quite a bit going for it as well in regards to what you can do. That is why we have had to say this is a great pack that gives you more to drink with each sip that you take and has plenty of space in the reservoir. With that being the case, I have to say I really do like the Camelbak Octane 16X Hydration Pack and will give this a good recommendation because it will help you in getting the hiking completed you want to and not have to worry about being dehydrated.
