I know that for me when I am looking at a camp coffee pot I always ask what can go wrong with this right away because I do not want to have it break when I am camping, but also how easy is this is to store. • This is a coffee pot that is going to have a large capacity to it as it will be able to hold up to 20 cups. This will make it quite a bit easier for you to keep everyone full of coffee when you are camping. However, this also makes it easier for everyone in the campsite to enjoy more than a single cup of coffee and this makes it easier for you to have a good trip because everyone will wake up and get a chance to be refreshed right away.

On the downside, I have found once these kiln hardened pieces do start to chip they have a tendency to go quickly and it is very difficult to stop the chipping once it has started.
• When you look at this, because it says that it is a coffee pot, which is the title of the product, not my words, you will notice it is actually a percolator. So you will not have to be concerned about the way you are going to make the coffee. The downside is you do have to make sure you have all the parts and pay attention to the percolator action because it will not give you the glass top sounds you would expect.

What Did I Like

Well, I am very limited on what I can like on this product because I really did not care for it that much. I will say that I do like the blue color because it does remind me of some of the older pots that you would see in my grandmother’s house. At the same time, I do have to say that this is only going to last as long as the paint is not damaged, which when you are camping, even a kiln hardened piece can start to have some chipping issues.

What I Did Not Care For 

I did not like the handles on this product at all. While I know the handles are not really a major issue, but when you look at this product you will find that the handles are going to be a little bit on the flimsy side for the look of the product here. This can make it very difficult for you to find the right feel for the product. At the same time, you will find the handle that is on the bale can look even flimsier than what you would expect and can get hot and easily burn your hand if you are not careful.

Even with this product being kiln hardened it is not going to be as durable as what you would expect. Now, I know this seems to be something that should not be a common issue, but the paint that is present on the camp coffee pot has a tendency to chip very easily compared to some of the other products that we have looked at before. So this is definitely something you need to consider because it is going to be difficult to protect the product from rust once the enamel does start to chip.

My Final Thoughts

Okay, I like the size of the coffee pot because it definitely will give me the amount of coffee that I need to have to start my day off and leave some for the family. What else I like is the color of the pot because it makes it easier for everyone to be impressed by the way this looks. Now the downside is, I have to say this is not a camp coffee pot I would buy. The reason is I do not really care for the look of the Stansport Coffee Pot, but also I find it to be a little bit odd that the enamel could chip easily in several reports.
